My husband and I stayed here with our two small children, my dad, and our dog. We enjoyed the layout of the house with the kids in the Jack and Jill bathroom upstairs and my dad having some privacy in the lowest floor. The whole family loved the view and porches- we had beautiful sunrise views in the morning and a great view of the city lights at night! The kids were fascinated by watching the tram go by 🙂 The proximity to both Gatlinburg and the National Park entrance was perfect. Beds and living room furniture were all super comfy, and there was plenty of space for everyone- wonderful spot for a family getaway!

This was the most amazing rental we have made so far. The cabin was easily accessed, exactly as described. The amenities were exceptional. ALL the needed kitchen needs were there. The view was phenomenal! There was a great view of the city at night with lights, Christmas and other, as well as the fireworks display from Dollywood, Anakeesta, and town.

My family spent Thanksgiving here. We brought our two little dogs with us and appreciated the pet friendly location. The view was spectacular. The living room gas fireplace was so, so cozy. The king beds were so comfy too! We really enjoyed it! The coffee maker is a dual k-cup or 12 cup pot. There’s a crockpot, toaster, and plenty of seating! There’s some wear and tear on the carpet and doors but it’s all superficial and did not impact our stay at all. We’d come here again. Thanks, Shaun for helping my mother get her Apple Watch back! You rock!

The cabin was wonderful! The view is stunning! The drive up the mountain isn’t for the faint of heart but it is totally worth it. The cabin was so comfortable - it was like being at home … except the bears! We loved to see the bears - it was so fun!

We stayed in A Tram View. It was a nice cabin with a beautiful view! Cabin needs lots of updating but suited our needs nicely. Shawn is wonderful to work with! We had to fine a place at the last minute due to an issue with another cabin and he was able to accommodate without hesitation! Thank you Shawn!

Love the view and the bears! The whole family enjoyed our vacation at A Tram View, ranging in ages from 18 - 75. While we were nervous on the drive up the mountain, we were rewarded with the most amazing view overlooking Gatlinburg. We were initially nervous by our first bear sighting, but soon enough that was a joy, too. House is very comfortable with plenty of seating in the living room, kitchen table and decks. King beds in every bedroom was comfy too. Enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

We had a great stay! The cabin was wonderful- one of the pools in the resort does have a bit of a rough bottom and tore up a couple people’s feet! Other than that the cabin its self was great. It met all expectations and the view was better than expected.

Beautiful home, SMCTN was great, very accommodating, responsive to questions and concerns. Definitely got to see bears while visiting, up close and personal lol, thought one was going to try and get a ride back to ohio with me. Definitely recommend keeping all your garbage inside I'd possible. Great time all around.

First, let me just say that everything was very nice. The apartment was well-equipped as far as the kitchen was concerned. The rest was pretty nice. The outside looks great. There are brand new decks that were nice but hot in the summer. There is no shade on them at all. The grill was fantastic. We used it every night. The house is older, and the inside needs an update. The bathrooms are dated, and the floors squeak. The bottom floor has a nice pool table, but the seating around it leaves much to be desired. Also, a very nice large-screen TV is unusable because the seating is uncomfortable. It could work if you were playing pool and watching the game, but not for much else. There are no TVs in the bedrooms, just the two large-screen TVs. It was nice to be able to log into Roku and access our subscription services. The clubhouses are 8-15 minutes away on the very windy roads of the mountains. Make sure you take the passes. There is no walking the streets. It was great to be able to take our dogs, however, there is not good place to take them out for a walk. There is a bear around the house; it was fun to watch out for, but make sure you watch out for it!! One day it climbed the trees outside the house and lounged while eating berries. Overall, it was a good experience!

This place was great! We received clear and detailed instructions about our stay. Our kids had so much fun with the board games provided. Nice hot tub, grill, pool table and a bathroom on each floor. We visited one of the pools and the lady said we needed a pass to enter, but I didn’t see one in our cabin, I could’ve overlooked it. The view was amazing and the trams passing by were neat at night. I would recommend A Tram View!

One of the best One of the few places I've stayed that I would rent again. This is it. Drive up is not bad at all considering others that were far worse. None of our party had any complaints at all. Plenty of room and if you want to see bears, at least our week, we saw them every day, either on our porch, on the street or on the road back down hill. The only complaint I had was the fact that though it is pet friendly, be advised that there is no grassy area on your lot. You have to walk to up one of two hills to get any potty area. You have to watch out for bears as I mentioned earlier, we saw them every day and the big male left his muddy footprints on both of our cars. Parking for 3 cars. Note that the headline description says 3bd/3ba but there are 4 bedrooms all with king beds. Plenty of room. This has an amazing view. What more can I say. Would definitely rent again as all members said the same thing.

Great view! Loved being so close to everything. There were no paper towels and only one garbage bag for the kitchen but it did say "starter kit" so just come prepared with those types of things. Otherwise really enjoyed it!

Great views and perfect space for family/friends! Perfect place to stay with our family (including our 5 and 1 year old) and two friends. Views from balconies were awesome and space was just right! Would definitely stay here again! Very close to downtown Gatlinburg as well!

Property manager was suprr communicative! The cabin we stayed had an amazing view! We ended up staying at The Tram 10/10 recommend just be careful with those true mountain roads!

We had an absolute blast. everything we needed was there. We even got to see a bear. We used the grill one night and it was amazing. The hot tub was so fun and the pool table downstairs was perfect. They even have board games. Its an easy drive down the mountain, scary ride up! Parking on the strip is expensive but the view from this cabin is worth it. You can see everything

Great location with scenic views. Overall a wonderful stay. The holiday decorations were a wonderful bonus. We had some hiccups with regards to the renovations occurring at the cabin preventing some amenities but Shaun was pro-active and we came to an amicable agreement about them. The cabin itself is a bit dated and worn, it's age shows, but post-renovations I hope to visit again. Overall, a great place to stay!
