The spacious family-style kitchen makes it easy to keep everyone fed and happy, whether you love to get creative at mealtimes or you’d rather keep it simple. The cabinets are well-stocked with dishes, cookware and all of the kitchen tools you could possibly need. Plus, the expansive counter space allows room for you to enlist help with cooking and cleanup. Sit at the roomy bar to chat over before-dinner drinks. The dining room is a lovely place to gather together with friends and family to catch up and enjoy great company over a delicious meal, or to play a late-night round of cards. Or you can sit around the fire-pit at night and enjoy sharing the stories of old, singing around the campfire, and just spending time talking with your loved ones.
Step outside on either the lower deck or the upper balcony deck with your loved ones to behold the peaceful treetop view of your scenic Smoky Mountains. Venture downstairs to jump into Sunset Peak’s pristine private pool! Sunset Peak is a comfortable three-bedroom vacation home where each bedroom is a deluxe suite, making it well-suited for couples traveling together or for family groups. Offering 2 bedrooms with King suites and the 3rd bedroom with 2 Queen sized beds. Take time for yourself and retire to your tranquil primary retreat. Stretch out in the comfortable king-size bed, pull up the covers and drift off to sweet mountain-top dreams. In the morning, you’ll wake up feeling rested and ready for adventure!
You won’t believe just how amazing the ensuite primary bathroom is until you see it for yourself! The garden claw-tub is so inviting for a time to soak and relax. Modern elegance is expertly paired with rustic beauty in the spacious sink and vanity area, and you can take your pick between a bath or a refreshing rinse in the pristine walk-in shower.
The second bedroom rivals the first in comfort and style. Guests will appreciate the privacy as well as the comfortable king-size bed. Each bedroom has plenty of drawer space so you can unpack and make yourself at home, and each has an HD Smart TV you can tuck yourself in bed and watch a show or two before you fall asleep. Both beds will be made up with fresh sheets before you arrive.
If you need to accommodate one or two or more guests, the futon in the game room folds out to make a queen-size bed. There is also another futon in the upstairs master bedroom. A lovely half bath is convenient to the living room and kitchen, and plenty of fresh soft towels are provided for everyone! With a top-quality washer and dryer in the home you can be sure to have a clean change of clothes for every day of vacation.

Sunset Peak was amazing. It was very private and quiet with amazing panoramic views! House was clean and well kept and had no problems or any broken items or amenities. Smoky Mtn Cabins of TN was very quick and responsive when had issue with remote and told us how to reset it and worked great after that. The driveway right beside the house is VERY steep but if you go to the other driveway in cul-de-sac it is a lot more manageable. We rented Sunset Peak for 3 nights. Anytime I called with a question leading up to our stay, they were so helpful. The cabin was so beautiful, just like the pictures. Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub the most! Even though it is a little further away from town than what we were used to staying, it wasn’t a long drive to get anywhere. The hill leading up to the cabin is pretty steep, but we had a van that made it up just fine! We just finished our stay at Sunset Peak. This is hands down the best cabin rental experience we have ever had. The cabin was BEAUTIFUL, spotless, and all around perfect. My family enjoyed the pool, hot tub,pool table, and the huge porches! I have zero complaints with our experience. The nightly rate was well below any other cabin rentals we've found. I highly recommend this cabin rental company and will definitely be staying with them again in the future. *on a side note, I searched through multiple pages in the search engines before I found their website. Loved our stay at the property. Everything was perfect. It was just my immediate family which included a 13 and 16 year old. The house felt very secluded and private but was near everything. Shaun was great and very responsive and helpful. I would like to say the pictures do no not do this cabin any justice. The views are beyond beautiful and peaceful it is a Lil steep hill that lasts about 10 sec getting up to the cabin not that bad during daytime.. The cabin is very private and was more then enough space for us. We enjoyed the huge jacuzzi and pool the most. The beds were so comfy and relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped with all amenities. This cabin was spectacular. It was huge, spotlessly clean, and it looked brand new. There is so much space to sit out on the porch and enjoy the beautiful, peaceful setting. We were even able to see Dollywood's fireworks from the porch right outside the room with the bunkbed, around 9:50 the week we were there. Me and my hubby and my kids we're in sunset peak! It's a beautiful cabin with a steep driveway lol! But it's worth getting too! The kids never get bored! We have played pool and we have went down to the basement to swim and use the hot tub! I love that there is a washer and dryer there so u can get ur clothes clean! This cabin was so beautiful and peaceful! The pictures doesn't do this cabin any justice. Beautiful inside and outside! The cabin was very clean and new and just right for our family. The private indoor pool was the BEST thing and my kids loved it! We loved watching movies while playing in the pool and hot tub. They also enjoyed the game room with the pool table. A: This cabin is located in Sevierville. Strategically placed on the backroads to easily get to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg without having to get on the busy parkway.

A: Yes, here is our cancellation policy: Cancellations and Early Departures: You have the option to purchase a Cancellation Guarantee. Without the Cancellation Guarantee, absolutely no refunds. If you have ANY concerns regarding the possibility of cancelling or rescheduling for ANY reason, including but not limited to: illness, accidents, family emergencies, Acts of God/ weather issues (including wildfires whether local or abroad), pandemics, impracticability of performance, federal, state, or local travel restrictions, etc. we strongly urge you to purchase the Cancellation Guarantee to protect you against ANY and ALL unforeseen events. The guarantee amount is 5% of your total reservation and enables you to receive a full refund (less the 5% guarantee amount & the admin fee). In order to receive a refund, you must cancel the reservation at least: 14 days (2-Weeks) prior to arrival for 1-3 Bedroom cabins 28 days (4 Weeks) prior to arrival for 4+ Bedroom cabins Once inside the minimum required days listed above you may still cancel the reservation. A: All the roads to the cabin are paved. The driveway is paved too. It doesn't show up on the photos because the paving company kept bumping up the dates for paving and we couldn't wait any longer on the photos. The driveway is up a hill, but not one we would consider steep.
