Welcome to Splashin Wander Retreat, a unique and luxurious seven (7) bedroom mountain retreat made up of two beautiful cabins located right beside each other — Alpine Oasis (4 bedrooms) and Waterfall Wanderland (3 bedrooms). Nestled in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains near Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg, Splash N Wander Retreat offers the perfect blend of mountain serenity and convenient access to the area's top attractions, dining, shopping, and outdoor adventures. Guests can also enjoy access to a public off-site outdoor swimming pool, kiddie pool, and catch-and-release fishing pond located approximately 10 miles from the property with beautiful Smoky Mountain views.

Alpine Oasis (4 Bedroom Cabin)

Alpine Oasis sits surrounded by rolling hills, lush meadows, and large hardwood trees across 17.5 acres, creating a peaceful and secluded environment with beautiful long-range mountain views. This spacious cabin combines rustic charm with elegant craftsmanship, featuring Brazilian Tigerwood flooring, live-edge furniture, and hand-crafted mantles, columns, and stair posts made from trees on the property.

Upon arrival, guests are greeted by the cabin’s impressive wooden exterior and welcoming front porch. Inside, the Great Room features soaring cathedral ceilings, walls of windows showcasing the changing seasons, and a dramatic 23-foot stacked-stone gas fireplace creating a warm and inviting gathering space.

The fully stocked chef’s kitchen includes a six-burner gas range, large breakfast bar seating, pantry, and ample counter space. The open floor plan flows into the dining area with seating for ten and a comfortable living area with a 65” Smart TV. A half bath and laundry room are also located on the main level.

Outdoor living is one of the highlights of Alpine Oasis. The cabin features a large front porch with rocking chairs and porch swing, along with a wrap-around deck perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Guests can grill meals on the gas grill, dine outdoors on Polywood furniture, or gather around the beautiful wood-burning stacked-stone outdoor fireplace for evening stories, stargazing, and s’mores. A screened porch hot tub provides the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the Smokies.

Inside entertainment includes a loft pool table, multi-game arcade, downstairs entertainment lounge with Smart TV and gas fireplace, and additional seating areas perfect for group gatherings.

Alpine Oasis offers four beautifully designed bedrooms, each with king beds, Smart TVs, and comfortable furnishings. The Primary Suite on the main level features a jetted tub, separate shower, and private access to the screened porch hot tub. Additional bedrooms include an ensuite on the lower level, a bedroom sharing a bathroom with the entertainment area, and an upper-level ensuite with private deck access that mirrors the primary suite. A cozy reading nook and loft balcony overlooking the great room complete the upper level.

Waterfall Wanderland (3 Bedroom Cabin)

Right next door, Waterfall Wanderland offers its own luxurious and immersive Smoky Mountain experience inspired by some of the region’s most famous waterfalls.

The cabin features three beautifully themed king bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. The rooms are inspired by Grotto Falls, Abram Falls, and Laurel Falls, bringing the beauty of the Smokies indoors through thoughtful decor and design.

Waterfall Wanderland comfortably accommodates large groups with three king beds and four sleeper sofas, providing plenty of sleeping space for additional guests.
