We had a wonderful family vacation at Royce's Retreat. The house was perfect for our large family and the kids loved the water park, indoor swimming pool,hot tub, game room & movie room. The location was perfect to access to the restaurants and activities on the strip. Royce's Retreat will be our choice each time we are visiting the Smokey Mountains.

We've came to Tennessee every spring for the past 9 years and this was definitely the best cabin by far! The kids loved the resort and all it had to offer. The cabin was in excellent condition and very clean. The pool area was a little overwhelming with the smell but we just propped the door open for more ventilation, so no real complaint here. Already planning a long weekend for the summer here.

Had a great time with my family. Inside pool was warm enough for everyone to enjoy even in the fall. Movie theatre was perfect at night. Enough rooms and space for everyone. The community center with heated pools, pickle ball, and mini golf were super fun for everyone. Be aware of the amenities included to know what you need to bring.

Royce’s Retreat served as an excellent base camp for our Smoky Mountain vacation with our family of 15. The cabin offered ample space for everyone to spread out comfortably. Its location was ideal, being close to shopping and attractions while still away from the busy traffic. The resort water park provided a perfect spot for relaxation between our tours of the nearby sites and attractions. The kitchen was impressively stocked with all the small appliances, kitchen tools, plates, glasses, and silverware we could possibly need. I highly recommend this cabin.

This was a beautiful cabin! The place looks JUST like the photos. The cabin is very close to amenities, it's a ton of things to do in the area. The jacuzzi, indoor pool and the grill will give you and your family the perfect place to vacay but also feel right at home. It was nice to have all of the family under one roof again. I recommend atleast 3 nights (minimum) because it was SO MUCH TO DO! We plan to book again for our next family trip!

Wow cabin, clean, luxury, excellent mountain views, everything thing is nearby with 4-5 minutes drive like local tasty restaurants, supermarkets, entertainment for kids and adults, pharmacies etc…Shaun was perfect host. This is in my opinion one of the best cabin in pigeon forge.the cabin could easily/ comfortably fit 20 poeple. Taj

Royce's Retreat was a great stay! Very easy to find, and just minutes from restaurants, attractions, and Tanger Outlet Mall. Cabin is beautiful and so cozy. Everything was perfect, very spacious, clean, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. Indoor Pool, Theater Room and Game Room is great to keep kids and adults entertained. Definitely recommend staying at this cabin!
