This cabin was beautiful, very spacious. When we arrived we noticed the porch lights were not working, the cornhole boards were damaged. I messaged Smoky Mtn Cabins of TN about it, within 12 hours someone came to resolve the problem with the lights, they offered to bring new cornhole boards to the cabin. This cabin was perfect for our family! We have 2 boys and they enjoyed exploring around the cabin. The hot tub was a perfect ending to each of our days. Cabin was in really great condition and clean. This was such a wonderful private area, very quiet and peaceful. This cabin was not far from town for when we went to go visit, but was up in the mountains which is what we wanted for our stay. Our stay was nothing short of great. We did experience some issues with multiple bee's near the Hot Tub but wasn't a big deal for us as we never had the chance to use it. The driveway is definitely pretty steep and can be very intimidating for a new or inexperienced driver. Paving or pouring concrete may fix the intimidating factor. The driveway also required you to turn, back up, and get straight before entering the driveway due to the quick and tight turn once you enter the property from the roadway. Overall, we had a great time, the cabin was exactly as the description stated and the staff at Smoky Mtn Cabins of TN was a quick phone call away when we needed them!Zach C. – 09/30/2024
My husband and I enjoyed our honeymoon at this beautiful cabin! It was very clean and decorated nicely. The living room was very homey and cozy. There was a power outage due to a storm and the staff helped us a lot with that as well as giving a follow up call to check on us. We had to leave early due to a family emergency and the staff was very responsive and respectful. The hot tub was wonderful and the deck was beautiful with the string lights at night. The only thing we did not like was the driveway going down to the house. We have a low car and the gravels scraped the bottom of the car. There was also another cabin at the top of the hill. Other than that, it was very private and great for our honeymoon! The house was also not too far from town. Overall we enjoyed our stay! Home was immaculate, everything looked brand new! Impeccably maintained. Smoky Mtn Cabins of TN Staff was proactive with communication and very quick to respond to inquiries. Home was secluded and peaceful but close to activities, amenities and the Great Smoky National Park. Directions to the home were super easy to follow and spot on. This place is a gem for sure. My family of 5 ( kids ages 11,8,7) absolutely loved it here. The outside feels like you are camping but the inside is gorgeous. Mornings on the deck with my coffee was one of my favorite parts of the vacation. Only a 15-20 min drive to almost everything we wanted to do. The entire area is breathtaking. The house was exactly like the pictures, clean, comfy beds, and not far from all the fun. We enjoyed the peaceful view while hanging out in the hot tub.
