I give five stars for all!! I was hoping the pool was still open but due to use coming in October I understood why it was already closed. My only negative response and it’s not that bad but more instructions on how to get the hot tub off sleep mode. Thank goodness for YouTube! Be prepared for the driveway but that honestly is to be expected when heading to the mountains so I expected it due to we come often and it’s close to home. But all in all! Beautiful home, kids loved the arcade machine! Once we got the hot tub running that’s where we hung out at night time! All in all this was a beautiful spot not too far from anything and very private! This is a great home for kids, our 18 month old loved running up and down the hallway and playing with frogs by the pool! We had an issue with the toilet and property manager was there in 5 minutes and fixed it! He was super helpful!Lori Waagen – 08/03/2025

We absolutely loved this stay! It was in an amazing location 7 miles from Pigeon Forge and had so many things to do close by. Super cozy! We stayed here in March 2024 for a week. It was the best location for us as we didn’t just want to spend our time in gatlinburg during our vacation. The place itself did lack some cleaning such as dust accumulation but overall nothing gross. The pool wasn’t open during our stay but the hot tub was fantastic. The house, It was nice and big for our family of 6! But still cozy! The coffee pot leaks. It could have been operator error but we just decided to not use it after.
