Overall, our stay was good. The hot tubs and pool were very busy so full of chemicals that our eyes hurt. We found a few dirty dishes in the kitchen, but otherwise the unit was clean and everything was pretty nice.Unknown Guest – 04/17/2026

Place and location was great. Everything was as advertised and host sends updates for everything. We even got an update about bears. Which were constantly around. Saw 5 the first night and had a big one come across the middle of the parking lot in the middle of the day. Never felt threatened just look before you step out of the stairwells.Jeremy M – 07/24/2025

We had the best stay at this condo. We had bear visitors in the back or in the parking lot every day that we were there! The view from the balcony was spectacular! We also saw several bears on the drive up the mountain to the condos! It was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook during our stay! There was plenty of space for everyone! Aside from some minor cosmetic repairs needed…this place was perfect! I highly recommend using the Campbell Lead Road route off of the Gatlinburg Bypass RD on the GPS if you’re timid on the smaller roads!Brittany B. – 07/11/2025

The location is ideal for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There are plenty of hiking trails nearby, and we enjoyed exploring the nature around us. Family trip of 7 people. The condo was a little smaller than we expected but we didn’t spend much time in the condo. We had some maintenance issues that Shaun took care of promptly. The condo could use a renovation but overall it was a clean unit. The pool and hot tub was closed for repairs so our 3 grandkids were disappointed. This place is way above town (plan extra time to drive up the switchbacks slowly!) but the view is amazing, and you may see bears on the way like we did! Shaun replied quickly to a simple question and we didn’t have any issues, but to be honest, we really were sleeping most of the time we were there. I think they were renovating the indoor pool and hot tub area, but we didn’t have time to go there anyway so it was fine.Deana T. – 10/04/2023
